When documents are ready, manager of Balance Medical Supply will reach you out to choose supplies that are fully covered by your insurance. Your selected items will be shipped to your doorstep directly and at no cost.

Enjoy free monthly deliveries.
Each month, usually in the first week, you will receive your monthly package of supplies for free or you can pick it up from our office if it`s more comfortable for you . If you want to do some changes to your package, simply reach out the manager and we will take into account all your wishes.

Eligibility Criteria
To receive products through Balance Medical Supply, adults must meet one or more of the following requirements:
• Be enrolled in Medicaid or a Medicaid-managed care plan.
• Have a prescription for supplies they need from their doctor, issued within the past 12 months.
• Have relevant diagnosis in medical records for selected items ( example : incontinence for getting incontinence supplies )
• Provide a letter of medical necessity (LMN) along with a prescription, if required by their insurance provider.
• Submit medical records from their healthcare provider.
